  • Design Development

    We begin to build upon the foundation created in the site selection phase by:

    • Detailed site and building programming
    • Baseline budget
    • Project timeline for entitlements, design + construction

    In this phase we refine the vision into its final form by creating the construction documents and ensure:

    • Design scope aligns with baseline budget
    • Maintains design intent
    • Complies with zoning and code requirements

  • Permits & Plan Approval

    West Fork will submit your project to the approving authorities and work tirelessly until you permits are approved.

    • Coordination and dissemination of review comments with design consultants
    • Meet with municipal officials as required to address issues
    • Collaborate and communicate with our clients every step of the way.

  • Construction

    During construction we manage all aspects of your project

    • Facilitate approvals, day-to-day scheduling and quality control.
    • Hold weekly meetings with our clients to provide full insight to all aspects of the project and a three week look ahead schedule. 
    • Provide weekly progress reports with detailed information and photos.

    This is the most exciting time for our clients so we take great care to ensure the building is turned over in top form.
