One building was completed as a high-end medical office with premium finishes and customized systems to support clinical operations, while the second was delivered in white-box condition to allow for future tenant flexibility. The project also included new parking lot construction and landscape enhancements, resulting in a modern, functional space that supports both immediate and future commercial use.
