West Fork Construction, in partnership with its sister company Upland Development, was hired to develop and construct the first of five phases on a challenging 10-acre site featuring over 35 feet of topographical elevation change. Leveraging strategic planning and site analysis, the team identified the most effective layout to accommodate the terrain while maximizing usability.

The project included coordination with TxDOT for highway access modifications and the construction of two 10,000-square-foot small-bay flex warehouse buildings. This phase sets the foundation for a larger development vision, demonstrating West Fork Construction’s ability to navigate complex site conditions and deliver high-quality, economical industrial space.
